Just when I thought I was down for the count for 2009 in terms of getting a show up in a full productionish way, I happen upon a bit of fun.

So the other day my friend Jenna, who works at the Brooklyn Lyceum now, writes me online and is all like “Oh man, I want to put together a holiday show for the children.” And I’m all “I will write this.” And she’s like “Really?” And I’m like “In fact, yes. I have an excellent idea thing.”  So she says “Write this excellent idea thing, and I shall produce it.” And I’m all, “Done.”

So I wrote it, and it’s happening. Huzzah. Wouldn’t it be nice if everything was this simple?
